Review by hotel critic
The staff, especially Tiago at the reception, went above and beyond, ensuring every aspect of our trip was perfect, even during the bustling Carnival period. The convenient location close to Santa Teresa allowed easy exploration of one of Rio's trendiest neighborhoods. The hotel's clean and comfortable rooms, along with the accommodating luggage storage service, truly elevated our experience. Whether it's the impeccable service, strategic location, or the promise of a beautifully refurbished hotel, Arosa Rio Hotel undeniably delivers on its commitment to hospitality and value for money.
